Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Esther Secret ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you buy a program or use our members area.
Information we collect
- From your purchase (sent to us by Digistore24): name, email, country, phone number if provided, and order details. We never receive your card details.
- Your account: email, name and an encrypted password.
- How you use the members area: lessons opened and completed, video progress, quiz answers, sign-ins (date, IP address, approximate location and device), and notification preferences.
- Emails: delivery status of the emails we send you, and messages you send to our support.
How we use it
- To create your account, give you access to what you purchased and save your progress.
- To send account emails (welcome, password, access and billing notices) and, if you have not unsubscribed, occasional member updates.
- To provide support, prevent fraud and account sharing, and keep the service secure.
- To understand which lessons are helpful and improve the programs.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf, under contract:
- Digistore24 GmbH — checkout, payments, refunds and invoices (reseller of our programs).
- Amazon Web Services — sending email.
- Cloudflare and our hosting provider — website delivery, security and storage.
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
Cookies
The members area uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies in the members area.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from member updates at any time with the link in any email.
- Turn notifications on or off in your account.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing contact@esthersecretmembers.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law; we honor them.
Retention
We keep your account while it is active. If you ask us to delete it, we delete your personal information except what we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
Security
Passwords are stored with strong one-way hashing, sensitive fields are encrypted, and access to our systems is protected with two-factor authentication.
Children
Our programs are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
